The online Participatory Disaster Risk Management (PDRM) program has been running since mid 2016, but this will now officially close at the end of June 2020. This was originally called ‘Disaster Risk Management (DRM)’, with the name changing in 2019. The link to this prgram is given below.Download
Eligible participants, if they complete all of the five PDRM modules, plus the assignment details enclosed below, can claim Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) towards one or other of the programs offered by Murdoch and Charles Sturt University (CSU). These are the Murdoch Master of Arts in Development Studies (MADevSt) and Community Development (MA Comm Dev); and the CSU Emergency Management program at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
There are ten optional questions, and the participant must complete three of these. Each question should be between 1,800-2,000 words in length. The assignment details can be seen below.Download
