I would have to agree here with you guys in most of the evidence here would point to recovery in developing economies ( socially and economically ) at a higher risk in crisis mostly due to the fact that there are less resources, services on hand quickly nor the preparedness or management that would be at an efficient and effective level , from this vulnerable countries and communities will depend on the aid resources supplied via outside orgs from around the world
Again with more developed countries have the economy, social services, have a greater capacity and resilience to cope in times of crisis and recover quickly being better resourced
