Thanks, Chloe, for giving us a perspective on how this works for development agencies, especially in dealing with such issues such as financial/compliance. When we move on to our session next week on the Ten Seed Technique (TST) ranking tool, and its application to Community Bsased Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) initiatives, consider the strengths of the TST. I think it’s a fabulous tool to brainstorm with participants what the risks are; score & rank these; and then look at a process of causes, effects & possible solutions. Whilst this is easily carried out in a face-to-face classroom setting, I think it’s also possible to do remotely 9ie in times of Covid-19).
